Kenny Bowling: Director
Kenny joined the company in 2016 after having prior woodworking experience in the cabinetry field. His leadership has created significant growth for the company over the years. He was also recently selected as one of the Woodworking Network's 40 Under 40 honorees! In his spare time, he loves to play guitar, fly his remote control airplanes, watch movies, and go fishing, hiking, and golfing! Kenny's devotion to growing the business while growing the individuals he leads models our company's commitment to building businesses that build lives.
Corey Frazier: Sales Representative
Corey serves our customers by building relationships with both homeowners and builders while meeting their needs and dreaming with them as they take on their home projects. When he’s not at work, you can find him playing sports or spending time with his wife, Caroline, and his son, Wilder.
Paige Dorsey - Logistics Coordinator
Ready to help and willing to serve define our newest team member, Paige. With a cheerful heart, Paige is quick to respond to customers' needs and requests. She works diligently to ensure smooth communication and logistics between our team and our customers. Paige joined our team because she wanted to be a part of a company whose focus is on building people while building products.
Dan McConnell: Woodshop Finish Lead
After coming to work with us in April of 2020, Dan has demonstrated significant growth in his craftsmanship and has helped to build our team culture. He serves our team by hand-crafting our products with skill and intentionality every single day. In his spare time, he loves spending time on his farm, hiking, hunting, and listening to music.
Trey Ramey: Woodshop Prep Lead
Great products must always begin with great materials so Trey ensures that our wood materials are prepared properly for our construction team. His knowledge of wood products manufacturing and management are essential in the role he plays within the team. He's a valuable team-member with a great attitude and sense of humor.
Nathanael Holland: Woodshop Construction Lead
Nathanael joined our team in May of 2020 after developing a love for woodworking during his time at Narrow Gate Lodge. His previous experience has served him well as he is in our shop crafting high quality products daily. When he isn’t working, he loves camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
Griffin Pollard: Woodshop Delivery Lead
Griffin's role in our company involves the safe delivery of our beautiful products. With great energy and attention to detail, Griffin proudly delivers our beams across the Middle TN area.
Ethan Stole: Woodshop Finish Technician
Ethan joined our team with little woodworking experience but a great teachable heart. He's grown into an accomplished woodworker and team member who can always been seen building intentional relationships and growing in his skills with enthusiasm.
Cordell Dorsey: Woodshop Construction Technician
As a creative guy with a desire to make a difference, Cordell joined our team with no prior woodworking experience; He knew about our culture to build people while building products and he wanted his work to matter so he applied and was hired in 2023. Today, he's acquired woodworking sills essential for building high-quality products efficiently and effectively. His joy, team-spirit and willingness to learn inspire everyone who knows him.
Madison Peters - Accounting
Madison's attention to detail and ability to multitask make her a perfect person to handle our business accounts. She helps to ensure our back-office is running smoothly and efficiently. When not at work, she enjoys working out and spending time with her husband and son and their two dogs.
