That’s why a portion of our proceeds go to support the life-changing mission of Narrow Gate Lodge. NG Lodge has a 20-year history of helping young men ages 18-25 discover a life that matters and they do it by offering an 8-month residential experience tuition-free. We help keep that opportunity tuition-free so a young man’s financial situation is never a barrier to entry
GREG GIANNOTTI – Senior Logistics Manager
Greg’s love for details shows through as he addresses all the logistic needs of our company. From procuring our raw materials to managing builders schedules and coordinating deliveries, Greg enjoys knowing that his work keeps the wheels spinning and helps make the building process easier. He’s a great communicator that inspires our build team to work diligently and safely while ensuring we meet expectations and deadlines.
KARSTON GOODSEN – Sales Coordinator
Karston grew up northwest of Chicago and spent the last several years in Birmingham, Alabama, before finding my way to Tennessee. As our Sales Coordinator, Karston sees his role less as selling and more as advising — partnering with builders, designers, and homeowners to deliver excellence and get them exactly the result they’re after, professionally and personally.
His faith is at the center of how he works; he believes the way you treat people is the work itself, and aims to build relationships that last. Outside of work, he’s a devoted single dad to his four-year-old daughter, who’s the heart of everything he does.
PAIGE DORSEY – Business Operations Coordinator
Paige joined our team because she wanted to have work with a purpose. Originally hired to improve logistics, Paige quickly demonstrated additional skills that led her to her current position. Today, she serves the organization and our customers by bring a friendly voice that helps take care of all the business arrangments with our customers. When she’s not working, Paige enjoys spending time with her hubby and new baby!

Everyday you can find our experienced craftsmen working diligenty in the woodshop. But our team is more than just co-workers…they are family. Our Core Vales – Devotion, Growth and Community – are summed up in one single question: Are you devoted to the growth of the community? We ask ourselves this regularly and look for ways to support one another and ways we can serve our community. While we obiously provide job and skills training to our team members, but we also seek to help our team members grow in character and capacity. We accomplish this by providing ongoing leadership training to our employees, creating local service opportunties where we can give back, and intentionally engaging in authentic and sacrificial relationships to build a meaningful community.
